🚚 Delays & Issues
We do our best to keep things flowing, but delays can happen—especially during high-volume seasons or carrier disruptions. If your order seems lost or unusually late, email us at info@iicing.ca and we’ll look into it.
💥 Damaged or Missing Items
Something off with your order? Let us know within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo if something arrived damaged, and we’ll make it right.
